This is my first post and I am really nervous. I read this forum every day and so glad that I have this to stop me feeling so afraid and alone.
Is there always a pre-sentence report carried out prior to sentencing at Crown Court (Guilty Plea)?
A concerned mom this end who feels the magistrates have made one of 3 mistakes at plea hearing stage, this query being one of them.

Yes there is always a PSR done before crown court x
Thank you both for your messages.I was doubting my judgement.
I had already contacted the magistrates court today query this (they have flagged this up to be addressed) as well as correct something else that was wrong with son's details. The third thing they got wrong was on the day itself and it made an already stressful day more so.
