CPS CHECKING TWICE

Hi All,
My person's case has been with CPS since March and his solicitor told him the other day tht they had looked at the evidence once and were now looking at it a second time.
Does anyone have any experience of this happening with them? Just wondering if it's a good omen or bad as in if they are having to check again maybe they can't decide which way to proceed??

I've not heard of this - hope you get some useful advice soon
I should imagine the solicitor would be the best person to ask about this. If your person has given their permission; you can ask them directly.
