What happens when the restrictions are over ?

hope everybody is ok today.
Just wondering and I don't know if anybody is at the stage yet. Me and my O/H where talking and I asked the question what happens when the restrictions are over ?
Do you automatically come off the register. ?
Dbs checks do they go back to basic ?
