Hi I just wanted some advice as some of you have been in a smillar situation like me and has socail services involved like I have they got involed when my son was 6 months and now my son is 4 they have closed the case with supervised contact till he is 7 . So when he turns 7 he can have unspervised contact with his father I had to leave my husband becaue socail was not interested in us living together as a family and was saying that I am not putting my son first which that wasn't the case I wanted the risk assessment to be done so I can't then decided what is best for my little boy the assment comes back as low risk he is in offending and in person his offence was to do with online on what's app group we're involed adult porn and peole have also sent 22 indesent videos the problem was that he should have left the group when he didn't fast forward now he coke to see his boy cople of days in the week which his son loves and I have also passed my assment as a protective parent which I am happy about and I can supervise contact which makes life easy we don't live together which I desided at the time because I wanted to protect my bout and didn't want him to end up in care . I have spoken to the socail Woker which we had and asked him if we wanted to get back together in the future what will happend he said it depends if my son is 7 years and he is haveing unsupervised contcat already thers no problem but if I was to have a second clod with him socail will get involved again and will have to do assessment but he said the positive thing will be that I was shown as a protective parent and they will also see how dad has been in that time and he is haveing unspervised contcat with his son and we was honest to let them know we are having a babay it will not be the same like before what I wanted to know if that was to happend will they take my baby away from me and tell me why I get back with him and have another child and will it case a lot of problems for my son as he is allowed to see his dad unspervised as he will be 7 there's soo much going on my mind at the moment my life feels up side down and in bits all I want to do his live as a normal family and give my son a sibling which I am sacred about that it will case problems for me and will the dad be allowed at brith with me i will appreciate if someone can give me advice or have been in this situation please that you x

Hi lee thank you for the reply yes he was sentenced to suspended for 2 years if he was to do anything and 10 years register and the conditions he has is to do with online nothing to do with he can't go to the parks or gyms or anything like that and a living in order was made that my son stays with me as our case was taken to Court and I can supervise contact and when it's the right time he can see his son unsupervised around age 7 that's all written down as long he stays offence free he was a advice to to the engage plus but social did not pay so he said he will save up and do the couse him self which he is doing I have spoken to the social Woker after the case was closed and asked him about the future he said I should wait it my son is 7 and take gives time also for my husband to prove him self that he has stayed away from troble and then think about haveing a child do you think I will be able to have a child in the future will they take it in consideration that my son sees his dad unspervised becaue he will be 7 and there is no issies . Before the case got closed he was put on child protection then went on child in need what I said to them I put my son first and will not stay with him .
