I'm considering putting in a complaint regarding my son's PO but I can't seem to find a complaint policy for our local area only the Government website.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I think the woman who ran my infirm course said to address it to the senior probation officers for my persons probation office. I never made the complaint in the end as his original one moved on shortly after my bad encounter with her.
Maybe call the helpline for advice. I'm sorry you're going through a hard time with them xxx
