So pleased you are getting some professional support Blue Sky. You sound like you have an amazing Doctor. That non judgemental support you receive must mean the world to you. I did contact a Well-being service for residents in my area a few weeks ago but have not been contacted since. I imagine they are overwhelmed with people suffering from mental health issues these days. So I just keep keeping things in (not healthy)!
