My o/h has had his cv back from the probation team , which we are very happy with.
Just wanna know if anybody knows of any Job Agencies who take on sex offenders.

I recently contacted an agency I'd read about called https://www.ex-seed.co.uk/
They also referenced a book by Phil Martin called How to get a great job when you have a criminal record which could be beneficial x

If you go on the unlock website they have a section about company's that take on offenders bit again it's not an easy task I think it's called ban the box
Does your OH know what he wants to do?
Something that does not require a DBS also smaller firms or word of mouth

He's currently serving a custodial. The response from the agency was that they could support from 3 months to release or at release so only time will tell x
I don't imagine it will be an easy task for my husband to find employment and I will support him through the process where I can but ultimately this is something he brought into our lives and it is something he will need to face & overcome. He had a fantastic job he loved and was well respected, he threw that away by making a very bad choice. I think it's important to remember that our people are not our responsibility. They need to step up and take responsibility x

So all his stuff and Cv have come back from probation and to be honest done a brilliant job.
Going to be looking into warehouse work he says and with no dbs checks of course.

Sorry to hear your O/H got a custodial my lovely. Yes you are right my O/H had a great job , loved by loads. Luckily it wasn't in the press or on a internet search so he's been lucky.
I have said to him he has been a totally pain in the A.. , but he's my total pain in the A..
