Hi there rainbowbright
I've had a very long day and am tired but wanted to reply so you had acknowledgement of this
My key piece of advice is that assessment is not a static process, it is organic and ever changing, just as risk also changes over time. Therefore one moment in time should not define you and should not be the be all and end all of your safety plan and future
Also
If you feel you didn't answer as you wanted to, reach out now and say so, do not let this be printed as 'your view' if it is not your actual views. Some people find it hard to verbally articulate their thoughts and that's ok, and the assessor should allow you to supplement the assessment with your written thoughts too.
So write it down and send it off and insist it is documented. Say exactly what your said here - you found the assessment process difficult, you felt what you were saying didn't represent your actual thoughts, in the moment you found it hard to articulate what you really meant, and you want to ensure the assessment is accurate.
You can also request the assessor comes back out to see you if you'd rather do this.
I'll try to come back to the rest of your post tomorrow when I've had some sleep
