I'd be grateful for some insights from other people's experiences..we had the knock in August and the warrant was for iioc and during the course of the search they found a hidden camera in our guest bedroom. It appears he set it up to watch my niece who was over 18 at the time. I'm not sure what exactly was on the SD card they found. The initially search on the day found images of her fully clothed just scrolling through her phone but I wouldn't be surprised if they found more. I suspect they'll find many iioc across all categories. I've not spoken to him about it tbh because I don't think I'll handle that conversation well yet so much of this is what I suspect from what's been said by Police. He is remorseful and will be doing the course, etc. I know a lot depends on the judge on the day but how likely is he to get a custodial sentence?

I forgot to ask for those whose family members/friends/partners got a custodial sentence what category of prison did they go to?

Thanks Lee. The uncertainty is so hard but I'm probably one of the few people who is hoping that the investigation will take ages so that I can get my financial ducks in a row.
