So sorry you're struggling but I'm sure it's just a temporary thing. You've done so well so far I'm sure of it. Do you work? I got a number from my employer with an option to call and I think I'm entitled to so many free counselling sessions. I haven't used it as yet.

In my area there isn't anything free on the NHS as my OH found out. He's paying for a therapist and it's £45 per hour.

I hope there is something out there for you and I would imagine someone on here can help you further xx

I have sessions with the mental health charity Mind, as i am still waiting 18 months on for NHS. As i work part time i pay £15 per week. Not sure if this is the same throughout the UK but it might be worth a look.

Just wanted to say that I'm so sorry to hear about your mum. That's a huge thing to go through without the added burden of being here. You wouldn't be human if you weren't struggling. Sending you a big hug. You will get through it xx

Hi Parkerpoo. Am sorry you are overwhelmed and so down. I started counselling a couple of months ago and it has made a massive difference already. I wish I had started it earlier. It doesn't stop me feeling sad and I still have awful moments - but it helps me feel more able to cope with it. I would definitely recommend
