Hi, so OH is due at Crown Court on Wednesday, but this morning we received an email from the solicitors to say all of the making charges have been dropped, the possession of prohibited image has been dropped, 5 Cat C pseudo images have been dropped. 1 cat B IIOC dropped an 2 extreme images dropped.!!

It's now 3 charges for possession extreme images

1 distribution of Cat A

1 distribution of Cat B

Obviously this is great news. But just seems strange thst after being charged for all these things which he could of pleaded guilty, that they have now dropped them. My OH is still pleading not guilty to the remaining charges. Just hope CPS drop the rest before trial ????

Hi,

OH solicitor said he would contact him later today to see if he's at court tomorrow. We don't know why the CPS made the decision to drop so many of the charges at this late stage, as it was just an email, its virtually impossible to actually speak to the legal team.

Hopefully I'll have more to report later, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed all day x
