Hi all, I hope everyone is coping with their situations right now xx

My person's offending was over 4 days and 2 counts of random sexual communication and 2 pics and nothing further found on devices.

Does anyone know if this counts as a positive (although nothing seems positive in this hell) in that it was a 4 day time span as opposed to months or even years of offending ?

Xx

It makes a massive difference. The defence can argue that the offences were totally out of character for your person, and the evidence supports that.

It should be a positive and you should prompt your solicitor to make sure that's at the forefront of the judges mind when making decisions

Thanks everyone, yes I also agree it should be a positive, it was a time of immense stress, we had a bad few years health and family wise, then covid and he was holding in all the childhood trauma, breaks my heart xx
