I have been offered a new house. It's a fresh start out of the region. However, I am terrified. What if it comes out there? It's only a small town of under 3000 is that too small? Will I stand out and people will look us up? My husbands case was heavily publicised, I have since helped change how reports are made in our area but of course that doesn't help us. Is this move a good thing? We can finally live together, find work etc. I'm just scared

Hi Sallyblue

Good news about the move, can you think of something relatively woolly as a reason, does there need to be a reason, just saying you loved the area and got the chance to move is enough.

I must admit I've never googled any of my neighbours, I think that's because of your situation that you would think of that, it's not a normal thing that people do.

If you really are paranoid about being found out what about a name change?

I really hope this goes well for you, you deserve a break

Xx

Well I shall not be moving to the flat. The hallway stank of wee, it was so small and the town is very isolated. Yes, it would be nice to feel safer but theres limited transport and not even a play park for the children to go to. I dont think my kids would thank me at all, so more waiting sadly.

RoyFollman, I have reported your post. You seem to have targeted "moving" threads with your ad. If this if a misunderstanding I apologise. This is an old thread.
