Does anyone have any advice on how to go about the reference letters for the judge? My person will have letters from me, his parents and my parents as they are the only people that know. Sentencing is next month
Struggling with how to write and format it - solicitor has given points to include which is helpful but it sounds a bit cold and distant if that makes sense. If anyone has any examples of info and style of writing id appreciate it and if they don't want to share publicly my messaging is on.

as far as I am aware you can google templates for a reference, this is what several of my oh's friends did and just adjusted it to suit what they wanted to say x

Thank you so much. I really struggle with the search function, it never seems to bring up the relevant stuff for me but I'll give it another go
Just write how long you've known the person , who you are to them and things about their previous character before the crime .keep it fact based with no emotion. I let on in my head it was like writing an email in work lol . X
