Bless you, it really is a horrible stage and so unfair. Your world has imploded, you are full of pain and shock, you feel people are pointing a finger at you, you want to scream out and say "I'm innocent in this, I need your support and understanding" and yes "I'm lonely and need a hug too".

All I can say is hold on tight, as time progresses you really will feel stronger, I promise. You have my understanding 100% - I think most friends on the forum have felt exactly the same sadness as you feel right nowxxxxxx

I am so sorry you feel like this AlwaysHopeful. I too suffer with lonliness and coming on here does help. I wish we could all meet up in person and give each other a hug and confirm that you are not alone. In my post some one said to find each day things to be frateful for and things that make me smile or are positive. I confess i have not this, but the idea is sound. It is for your brain to focus on what is good instead of bad. I do before i go to sleep try and think what has gone well today. It does help but i understand that sometimes the feeling of lonliness engulfs you. Have you tried joining a club where no one knows you. I have, i go dancing and i love it. It gives me a focus each week to just be myself. Is this something you can do?
Sending you a hug....
