O/H having issues with mixing in with others and finding work.

Hiya all.
So we are 18 months passed sentencing , he got a 2 year community order and 5 years on SHPO and SOR.
He is working with probation and jobs people who have done a fantastic job with his CV. It's great.
He is having doubts now with finding work and mixing in again. He wants to become a better person and right his wrongs.

Out of interest how have people's OH's got on with jobs. We're early days ( 6 weeks since arrest) and he has a disciplinary meeting next week. His employer saw the live Facebook vigilante video so he's currently suspended. His current job requires him to have a DBS. He expects to be sacked next week for gross misconduct. He's looking at re-training maybe doing a driving HGV2 course. Thanks x
