My OH had his disciplinary meeting at work last week. Just received his letter of dismissal today. He knew it was coming but it's still a blow and a down moment. Just thought I'd share to get it off my chest. x

Just want an end to it

Thank Q

Just the way things were worded kind of brings it all to the fore.

Think I may need to toughen up. This was just his work. We've not even begun anything else yet :( x

It's a horrible stage. I was heartbroken when I had to sort out my son's employment, he loved his job. He was in prison so it was up to me - the hardest part was putting his uniform in the bin.

I actually cried......

I can imagine it was terrible for you and sad

I just felt his mood drop. Like I said he knew it would happen but they've dragged it out. At least now he can draw a line under that now x

Aaahhh Caggie I really feel for you and know how you're feeling.

My son was forced to disclose or resign from his job by the visor who gave him less than an hour to decide and even though he chose to resign the visor still went into the place of employment.

My son was devastated and I was heartbroken having to take his uniform back into the workplace.

It is so so hard but you will overcome this and move forward.

Sending you love and strength xxx

No he isn't. He has savings which is thankful but the sooner he gets something and doesn't have to dip into them too much the better x
