Outcome of case

Hi All,
Hope you are well and staying strong. and happy friday.
As some of you know my Partner has been RUI for two years for online communication with a 14YO minor in america (with pictures from both parties exchanged) for about a month in a period of seperation in mine and his relationship.
Well, today was the day. After two years in limbo (3 months with CPS) we finally got our outcome and my partner was called into the station. CPS has given him a conditional caution, his conditions are:
- To fund and complete a course with LFF and provide evidence of doing so ( Called the stop it now helpline and they seem shocked that the CPS has put this on the conditions? also he has to show evidence over the next week that he has done this - but what about there wait lists? )
- Two years SOR
- inform the police of his address, bank accounts, changes etc
- Be managed by the SO department
- Inform the police when/if he is going to spend over 12 hours at the same address as a child.
Now this is an incredible outcome, it means no press/court etc. it means my partner MAY be able to keep his job. You may have seen in other posts of mine that my 12YO daughter has been removed from me by social services under a voluntary arrangement (despite my partner not living in the house)
One of the reasons Childrens services were so pushy is because we told them the police had told my partner he was likely to get a conditional caution and there 'specialised independent social worker who'd worked with SO's for 30 years' said there was no such thing as a conditional caution for this offence. and that my partner had lied to me about this. Well, now we know there is and now we know my partner did not lie.
CS also stated that the police had catogorised my partner as 'high risk to children' but not arrested him or put him on bail or had a conclusion to the case at this point. When my partner went to the station today, the police stated that they dont assess for risk based one interview, without seeing evidence and without a case outcome. They did however flag CS to look at our family as a 'high priority'.
Now, I'm at the stage of where i need to pick up the pieces of my life and i dont even know how. The biggest injustice in this case has been with Childrens services. I dont know what to do about my daughter - would it cause her more harm than good to bring her back from manchester to wales at this point? Are CS still going to say my partner is a high risk to children despite this outcome and the case not having anything to do with my daughter?
I dont even know where to begin. But atleast, its some positive news for today.
Hope you are well and staying strong. and happy friday.

@Sunstax
I am so pleased for you, this is a really positive outcome.
Have you spoken to your daughter and asked her whether she would like to move back to Wales into your house?
She is now at an age, where social services should definitely take into account what she wants.
all the best xx
