Sorry if I've asked this question before, on our Charges Paperwork we have 'Not Guilty Plea Expected ' on the top.
Is this always on the top of all charges paperwork?

I don't think it was on ours xx
I think my person's had 3 options, ie. Expected to plead guilty, expected to plead not guilty and don't know. The police had put that they expected him to plead not guilty. The solicitor thought this strange because, how on earth are they meant to know what he intends to plead after 1 no comment interview. Not sure it means anything much really.
