I don't even see why legal aid is a thing at this point. They are utterly useless and only update when we question why there's no update and oh look at that there was one 3/4 days ago. Every single question has the response ' that's not covered on legal aid.
They won't provide notes from the first interview so can't even go somewhere else.
They're useless.
Does anybody else know if the OIC puts the date down on the bail extension as one date but actually sends it another one if that's legal?
We called it out and the officer said no that's the date he sent it to the court but clearly says date sent to person with the date 4 days prior to what it was actually sent.
It's also yet to be approved when it ends on 16th so what happens if it isn't approved in time? I imagine it will come back tomorrow but its made me wonder what the alternative is.

What is the income threshold for legal aid? Would disability benefit be included in the calculation?
