I've just asked my son this question and he has said that he was worried his mind would go blank so he had made some notes on the place he was in at the time of offending, his views on how his offending had impacted the victim and what he has done since to ensure he doesn't offend again. He also made notes on the good lives model to explain where he was when he offended, where is was at the time of the PSR and where he aims to be in the future. He had with him a letter from LFF to say he had attended the course and a letter from his psychotherapist as evidence of the therapy he had been through.
He also outlined any positives, for example the fact that SS had closed the case as long as his contact with his children remained supervised.
I hope this helps
