Morning Lost

If your OH tells his solicitor to give full disclosure

When my son told his solicitor she set up a teams meeting with me as said she would rather speak to me face to face via a video meeting rather than a phone call x

Just want an end to it

Yes, he just needs to tell his solicitor. I had full disclosure on my sons case, I was invited to all meetings, had all the updates (infact my son signed it all over to me, he was just 18. So I organised it all and shared it with him).

it does have its downsides too, I read the CPS report, something I don't think I will ever forget! My son couldn't even read it in full as he had done so much work on himself in that year, even the charge sheet disguised him.

but I wouldn't of changed it, it means I can support him and I know absolutely everything and I feel we can move on from it. As I say to him, the trust is bruised but so I'll ask loads of questions and your just gonna have to suck it up until the trust is reformed.
