police statement re suicide

I have to go to the local police station this morning to make a statement re my son's suicide .
I have had such a poor experience with the police since the knock almost 3 years ago.
I don't want to talk about it
I don't want to talk about how my son would still be here if they hadn't dragged out their investigation which I have found out would have resulted in NFA.
Love to you all and also "your person" ,I send strength that you all emerge from this whole nightmare intact xxx

Sending you all the strength for today. I'm so sorry to read that it would have been nfa but instead you are now going through the loss of your son. If you can find the words to express this in your statement then it may help to hold the investigating officers to account. There is absolutely no need for them to drag things out in the way that they do, it is wrong for all involved xxx
WeeWitch - again my heart reaches out to you. My beloved nephew took his life a few years ago and it's never easy dealing with the official side of a suicide, so very painful.
It must be especially difficult as you are dealing with the very people you feel pushed your son into taking his life.
I'm sure we will all be thinking about you.

I'm so sorry you are having to do this. Have you got someone to go with you? I feel so angry for you, especially if you know it would of been NFA!
