Year on.. still broken

It's a year on the 14th we found out/my ex was caught by those vigilantes turning up at our home.
he doesn't see his son, social won't allow it. He needs to go through court which I'm more than happy with. I expect a letter in March 24 as he can apply then.
i am STILL broken. Awaiting trauma counselling but how do I move on from this! I was with the ex just short of 13years. I'm so lonely, I miss him yet I hate him.
Just want to feel normal!
while he is working a new job, socialising, living a care free life. Feel like I got the shit end of the stick I'm struggling so bad!

I'm so sorry you are going through this. It was a year for us on the 30/11
Re therapy, I had therapy all the way though. Last weekend, I got my friend (trained) to do rewind therapy on me. I have to say, it has been a game changer after one session. I sobbed all the way through. The best thing about rewind is you don't have to talk about your trauma. I slept all afternoon and night after the session and I can't tell you how it's improved my sleep at night too.

I am new to the forum, but 7 months in here from the same. When you don't think life can get harder, than this unthinkable thing happens. It is so hard to process it all. x much love to you all
Actfast offers therapy for free for families and friends effected. They offer a trauma programme, councelling and then a support group.
I had a consultation last week. Seems really good

Hi
Just wondering how the process is going. I had a vigilante group at my door a week ago and I'm still trying to process. I have two kids. I don't know what's happening. I love, hate feel disgusted at my partner. He was arrested for talking to minors and sending photos to one and ask for ones in return. At the moment this was witna decoy in a chart room. There were a total of 4 decoys.
The first few days I've been numb but now I miss him and worried about him
As you can guess he's not allowed near the house and no contact with the kids. I've not heard anything from him just through his mum. He's scared to contact me incase it breaches his bail conditions.
