Have I missed something? Whilst watching tv I will record programmes and skip through the adverts however tonight I have been watching some travel videos on YouTube and if I fast forward the adverts tend to kick in. For the first time I have just watched an advert that kicked in from Stop it Now highlighting the risks and consequences of viewing iioc, it is the first time I have ever seen this advert. I am so glad this advert cropped up, its message is powerful and to the point. As I said earlier have I missed this advert, is it new or is it coincidental it came on and I just haven't seen it?

They've been advertising online for a while, but like you, I normally skip the ads, so I've never actually seen it.

Morning ladies. I've just read they are discussing an age limit of 16 on all social media platforms, which I think is an excellent idea.

i think so many youngsters get themselves into trouble on line and platforms like Facebook which escalate / perhaps starting with a comment leading onto a full scale vendetta and even, sadly, leading to a suicide. It seems the penny has dropped and pressure needs to be put on controlling the material on these platforms incl this age limit.

lets hope it's not just an other thing that is discussed and nothing happens (which sums up this government in my opinion)......,, x
