Hello
Had a very emotional last few weeks. I found out police found my partner had 1000 plus images of all categories on his devices. He had told me of his arrest but had said there were just a few images and his solicitor suggested he'd receive a caution. I assume this now has a big chance of getting a custodial.
I was preparing to leave the relationship then found out I am pregnant (first child).
I would be very grateful for any advice. I have been thinking over Christmas I will need as much support as possible so will tell my partner. But how do I tell my child they cant spend time alone with their Dad??

Sorry you find yourself here. While the next few months are going to be tricky, they may not transpire as you fear.
First of all, if your person is willing to engage in their recovery, encourage them to sign up for the LFF inform course. Also Stopso counselling.
Second, for you, Safer Lives and circles I think both do parenting course. You will also likely benefit from the LFF inform course for friends and family.
Lots of families stay together and have unsupervised contact eventually.
congratulations on your pregnancy too
xx
