Looking for help, sending you lots of love and care. From your post I'm wondering if you're in Wales as they say child protection register rathe than child protection plan. Unfortunately most Welsh LAs seem to have a very harsh view of these offences and they don't seem as up to date with research and understanding of how low the risks usually are to offenders own children. A CPR plan seems very disproportionate, assuming you are sticking to a safety plan. I'm sorry you're going through this.
