How long from the knock until charges were brought? Husbands been on bail and then Rui since October 22.
My person was 22 months from arrest to sentencing. I think the charges were received about 2 months before sentencing.
My partner got the knock beginning of Jan 2021 so 3 years ago. I can't remember when he got charges from CpS but it was ages after the intial knock. We had quite a few plea hearings and sentence hearing relisted and his sentencing is due beginning of Feb, so it will be over 3 years since the knock! Absolutely ridiculous people wait this long.

17 months from knock to sentencing. We was quite lucky because at the time all the cases were being postponed until a later date but luckily my oh was kept before the Christmas

Arrested and RUI Feb 2022 and still waiting. We have no idea if anythings even been sent to CPS yet either.
Hello wrecked Life. I received the knock on the door Monday 4th dec 2023 at 7am my husband was also released on bail that day around 18.00pm. The police submitted their evidence to CPS Thursday 7th dec 2023 and said an outcome should be due in 4-5 weeks. I think this will incur a delay as it has been over Xmas and new year period. I am still awaiting an outcome x
