Will he go to prison anyone else similar amount, no share, no search, first offence, first meeting from police said he was very low risk of reoffending and been unlucky with court case.
To reassure you my person had 100 x that and got suspended sentence

My personal had 7 thumbnail images across cat a and b , 3 year community order with 100 hours unpaid work, iHorizon programme and 15 rehab days.
Someone in the local paper this week had 1000x that and got a near identical community order.
The sentences vary hugely but I'd be amazed at custodial for your person x

Can I ask did either get media attention with this sentence I feel like anxiety has gone back 15 months

I very much doubt he will receive a custodial for that . But can I ask why you kept the case at Magistrates? My OH is also pleading not guilty and every person we ever spoke to said take it to Crown Court

We haven't had media attention as yet but still have another court hearing to go as some matters could not be settled, so I still live in that fear and worry to be honest!
