Where has everyone found the best support for themselves to try and heal from this?

I'm over two years down the line now with my person almost half way through a custodial sentence and finally starting to feel ready to untangle whats happened and try and move forward.

I'm nervous about who to share this with, even doctors/counsellors, as I don't want a negative response or judgment. Im unsure if I'm staying or leaving but I want to feel supported either way.

Distressed and pregnant

Hi,

had hypnotherapy and found this really helpful. There are many techniques used in hypnotherapy to reduce the symptoms of ptsd. I've trained as a hypnotherapist with the intention of supporting others on this journey but I'm not quite in the right place to just yet.

Happy for you to message me and I can pass on the details of the therapist I used. He is very kind and won't require you to go into details in order to support you xxx

Circles offer therapy, and you can pay for Stopso therapy.

There is also RTT for people in our position
