Evening lovlies x

I hope you are all keeping ok in what has been an exceptionally cold week x

I finally finished watching Game of thrones up to series 6 amazing, then well it went a bit downhill but I stuck with it until the end

Currently watching the Killing series on C4 my life is full of excitement :-)

Everyone is doing ok, had a video call with the HC on Monday & a phone call yesterday, he is keeping ok, he treated himself to a duvet from the canteen as it's so cold but they recon its warming up from Sunday so it will probably be to warm for him lol

I have the furbaby from tomorrow so a chance to wrap up and get out in the fresh air

I hope you all have a good weekend xx

Love sent as always xx

Hi upset

Hope you are well.

It has been a mixed week. My OH was called to the police station for more questioning. They said they had found images in his trash bin and they described some of the images has 'Lisa Simpson in a compromising position' and pictures from graphic novels.

Our sky+ hard drive died so we couldn't record anything or watch anything we've already recorded. Upgrading to Sky Q, but they wanted to charge us more. Managed to get them to waiver the extra money they wanted as I pointed out that we have been with them for years and it's not fair that the deals are only available for new customers. Thank god for Disney+ and our smart TV with BBC iPlayer etc so we can catch up with our programmes. We've been watching Mr Bates Vs the post office and also old episodes of Waterloo Road with my 15 year old daughter.

On the positive though it was our eldest daughter's birthday on Wednesday and we went for a meal. She has got her own house and is slowly getting things together so she can move in probably and will be settled when her baby comes. She's had a lot help sourcing furniture from her family nurse.

Our other daughter had an audition at the local college for the performing arts course she wants to do. She did really well and impressed her tutor x

I'm having (another) tough week. We've concluded we can't stay together, he knows and I know that I just couldn't trust him, especially after what I found last week (some of you read my post and kindly responded) after he'd promised there was nothing more to come out. This means that as well as closing our business, we'll have to sell our house which upsets me as we've put so much into it over the years and it's always been a safe haven, along with the inevitable divorce.

I'm so, so, so very sad about it all. I don't want any of this, I want our future we'd planned. He's my soulmate and we've always got on brilliantly (even now we still chat normally when we're not discussing what's going on with him) and we've worked as a team for so long, but without trust what is there?

I'm feeling completely overwhelmed and alone. I know I have to keep taking it one day at a time and I'm trying to look after myself but I just want to curl up in a ball and sleep (which would actaully be nice, as I'm barely sleeping and can't seem to turn the tears off, so I'm exhausted). Thing is, he was always my go-to with any problems (and vice versa, or so I thought), but now I can't lean on him for support through this. I have brilliant parents and a couple of very close friends, although they don't live nearby. I'm seeing a MIND nurse next week to hopefully get some professional support.

Good evening Upset,

I've never watched Game of Thrones as I struggle to watch anything which requires much concentration but I've heard it's good.

This week I completed the second session of a worry management course which I'm doing through Talking Therapies and joined a beginners yoga class. I haven't done yoga for many years but really enjoyed it so will be going back again next week.

My son didn't get the job he was interviewed for so his job searching continues but he seems to be coping well with the knock backs which I'm pleased about.

I have to say, I'm enjoying this cold weather especially on the days the sun is shining. I'm fortunate in that I live near the sea so on a cold day like today I enjoy walking along the sea front wrapped up warm with the sun shining on my face.

The worst week for me. I was sacked today because of the risk of association. My work have known about it for 2.5 years since the knock but because social services did another referral as they felt I'm minimising the offence my work are worried about it coming out in the media.

Really struggling now...thought the police and social services were meant to protect the innocent but instead they seem to be pulling apart.

Hello friday check in

A long week for me betting back into things after xmas. But I have been ok. Got a really busy weekend. Been out socialising this evening which was fun and got a long walk lined up for tomorrow. Was difficult to get home as my friends did not want to go in the car with oh and that is usually the way i go home. So had an interesting journey on the last train home.

Been watching the show Bodies on netflix but it is quite heavy so going through it slowly. Just watched The Creator which i enjoyed. Just reading and trying to take my mind off things.

Here is to another week we have survived.

This was the week that we dreaded my son's case hitting the local paper,so we took him off for a couple of days. We have had glorious cold sunny weather & it's been a bit of a treat. But in the back of my mind,it feels like we're almost rewarding him too!
It's a mad mixed up world we're having to live in!

Aww lost I am so sorry for both of you it is incredibly hard isn't it, we all pictured our lives to be so different yet here we are x

Having to sell everything of course will cause all sorts of mixed emotions and as you said he was your world so having to give it all up is and will be so hard for you both

It's good that you have some great support and also starting therapy will be really beneficial for you lovely x

Trust is so important but no matter what happens you will no doubt be in each others lives , take some time ,

Try to be kinder to yourself also but dont bottle your emotions, sending strength and hugs to you xx

I can imagine the cold breeze, the crashing of the waves , but the sun on your face just lost in thoughts walking by the sea ,

Well done you for taking up yoga it's meant to be really helpful and good for the mind and body xx

Thanks. The baby is due in April, not long now. She's moving into the house on her own. She's not splitting from her boyfriend, but she just wants her own space. At the moment she's been living with her boyfriend's family and there's a lot of people in the house, so she wants a bit of peace and quiet.

My OH is just trying to keep busy so he doesn't get any depressive thoughts. He thought it was all over when he got the call from the police, because there was no urgency for him to go in, they said "at your earliest convenience". I've updated my work but now they want to do a risk assessment on me. I'm just hoping there's no repercussions on me, like losing my job, as we've only got my wages to live on.
