Just a quickie - thinking of friends in different parts of the country who are perhaps clearing up after the storm.

in the midlands we've been lucky, personally couple of garden ornaments blew over, but it looks to have been bad in many areas.

hows it been for you?

Ah thanks Smile! All calm here in the SE now but boy was it noisy last night - we had roof tiles lifting and dropping loudly until the early hours (OH says they're meant to do that!) Also the lid of our very heavy BBQ out in the garden kept clanging as if it was trying to escape. We do live in a high up area and other storms here have done some serious damage - woke up one day to somebody's large trampoline wedged behind a parked car outside our house and our neighbour tells how during one storm their greenhouse disappeared and they never did find out where it got to :)

Do hope others are safe and not dealing with too much damage and mayhem xxx
