Bail hearing tomorrow after 3 months

Hi guys,
DH is to go to the police station tomorrow after getting the knock on 25th October last year just 2 weeks after i had hernia operation.
He's been living at his mums since but she passed away November 26th. Since then he has stayed in the house as my BIL bought it from MIL a few years back.
My eldest (20) went to live with him to keep him company while myself and the three girls (17, 17, 7) stayed at home.
SS have been great, our most recent meeting was to organise a CIN meeting with DH and youngest child's school. During the meeting she said the police asked how she feels about him coming home, she replied that she has no issue with regards to the girls safety. - that's the good news.
The bad news is the solicitor will not "allow " him to hand over his phone pin in order for them to see what is on the phone (charged with distribution of IIOC which was a miss click on twitter-he literally has no idea what happened) and forensics are taking forever.
I'm trying to keep calm about tomorrow. He doesn't want me to go with him and I'm going to have to go to work (I work in a school)
Any advice or words of wisdom would very much be appreciated.

Hi there
When my OH went back after three months he was bailed again for another three months. So he's back again in March.
The officer asked him a couple of questions about his mental health/work and that was it.
Xx

My OH was told not to bother coming in and it was just extended from 3 to 6 months, and then at 6 months moved to RUI with safety plan in place for the kids. Neither times did he physcally go to the station or even take a call from the OIC.
So don't worry about not going, not much happens....
And really sorry to say you will have a long wait for forensics (something I think you will pick up here on the various threads).

Thanks guys.
Just spoke to DH he is allowed home with no bail conditions. Just released due to lack of evidence but still under investigation. The police are keeping his device and we'll have to wait for the forensics which as you say can take forever. This means he will be coming home some point over the weekend.
I hope your OH's have better luck. I really appreciate your advice
