Hi,

have you done the breaking the cycle course? This could be something that you can put forward to them.
Have they said what assessment they have done on oh and given specifics about their concerns?

You can ask for a list of things that you both need to do in order for you to supervise contact and a timeline. I know things haven't progressed as they should do due to ss not meeting their own schedule in your case. I'm just wondering if at the review you could get them to commit to working with you in a timely manner. Has your oh completed any work with lff, safer lives or any of the other charities? Is he seeking help with understanding his behaviour so he can put things in place for the future?
You could request that you do a contact centre for a couple of visits and then move to contact in the community with a view to you supervising once you've both completed courses. I know it's not ideal but it shows willing and also creates something for you to work with them towards achieving xxx

Edited to add that you can research some independent risk assessors and put their names forward. It shows that you're being proactive xxx
