I don't really know what I'm asking for here. Maybe just to vent or to ask advice.

a couple of days ago my life got flipped upside down when I received a call of the police to say they had my brother in custody for cat B IDOC. I fell to the ground and couldn't stop being sick. I thought he has been set up. Cut a long story short when I finally got to see him and speak to him he admitted to me that he was looking at this because he wasn't attracted to men and and women and he was attracted to something else. This has completely killed me. Can he get help? Can he stop what he's attracted to and can his mindset change ?

because if it can't I can't trust him. I have children and I can't trust him anymore. I am constantly thinking and looking back wondering how and why!

he told me that he felt these feelings of being gay when he was 13-14 and he grew up but his attraction didn't! My brother I believe does have a learning disability as I think he is mentally younger then he is. But I don't know where to start with a diagnosis for this and help to change him and what he's feelings else he is going to lose me and my family.

This is a shock for you and the early days are awful but use this forum to ask questions and advice. Please don't turn your back on your brother, there are so many reasons this happens and over the next few weeks/months you'll start to understand it more. Xx

Good advice Mandymoo. You post resignated with me Unknown . My son is the same, he is sexually 'mixed' up, he never showed preferences towards a man or women. I'm sure this insecurity is a big part of why he went down the path he did.
