So hubby has nearly finished his probation and I think they are trying to make him a look what we have done by getting him into employment through being self employed.
We have both agreed a big fat no to that.

It may be the easiest way for him to find something. Alternatives are ban the box employers although some do ask for unspent convictions. I think it's Asda and Boots that don't ask at all if these are options for your OH xxx

Yes he is on the case with Ban the Box. Lots of factories and warehouses where we live and hopefully non of these will require a DBS check.
