My person spent 6 months on remand and it doesn't seem to be taken into account at sentencing. He got a 3 year community order rather a custodial so I'm not sure if it would have made a difference if he got a custodial xx

My son spent 9 months on remand this was taken in to account of his sentance it was not treated as double time though, but we still have a long way to go before parole xx
