Hello again.

Just wanted to share with you a website which can help our other halves with mental health.

Probation got him in touch with a website called.

hi Chelsea, hope you and your partner are doing well! Thank you so much for this, I'm going to let my partner know about it tonight I think it will be really beneficial for him!

Has anyone's person gone to one of the group sessions? I think it would be amazing for my OH to attend but although he's been open with us I'm scared he'd be too nervous to be open with strangers especially regarding how his mental health landed him on the register. I'd really love for him to have the courage to talk openly about it with other men maybe stop someone else falling down the porn trap but you just don't know how people will react X

I've also heard good things about Andy's Man Club though I would still be cautious about complete disclosure. Discussion about mental health and feelings doesn't mean you have to go into infinite detail about your life, it can still be beneficial to talk x

Life feels over- my son went along to some meetings at Andy's man club a few years ago following a breakdown and suicide attempt and he found it helpful.

Im trying to persuade him to give it another go and feel that he doesn't need to elaborate on his situation only about his mental health and feelings.

Hiya Leesha.

Personally my other halve hasn't spoke to anybody else in a group and to be honest I think it would be ok to mention it but just be a bit careful. Andysmanclub is a good place to start etc and take it from there.

Hiya Lifefeelsover.

Yes I feel the same as you don't go down the road of full disclosure only when you seem is the time is right.

Hiya Upsetmum.

Yes just taken time out of this place and just checking in from time to time. Yes the house was in desperate repair which we are working on. One more big room to go and few bits then we are done.
So glad all is well and dandy with yourselves and with the family.
