Hi,

I suppose it depends on what you'd like support with. If you'd like to gain more understanding then the inform course by lff is good.
If you're looking at safeguarding then a safeguarding course would be beneficial. There are lots online, either free or relatively cheap.

I'm doing the breaking the cycle course currently, it's very informative. Circles also offer free counselling sessions.
I haven't got experience of any others but stopso and talking forward also offer services xxx

Just want an end to it

My person did young people inform course and private counselling and I am on the Inform for families of people who have offended. I can't recommend this enough, I have met a lovely group of ladies and we support each other.
