Has anyone had any dealings with 'Browns' as part of RAR?
My son was referred by Probation, but they are a government funded agency & criteria is Universal Credit claimant.
Fortunately for our son,we have persuaded him to lock money away in savings over the last 10 years. This has taken him over the Universal Credit limit.
Have spoken to the founder of Browns & she says he can pay for the service/support/guidance. It will focus on employability & help him with some of the hurdles.
Any advice/words of wisdom from you wise people?
Hope your weekend is good

No dealings with Browns agency but wanted to say that my person has said he should have trained in something where he could be self employed whilst under probation. He has found an unspent conviction to be his biggest barrier in securing employment and all the best employment advice in the world won't take that away. Perhaps your sons money may be better spent on retraining xx
