Found out through media that my ex partner father to my children has been communicating with a child I didn't realise this or was not told this found out through the media! Now I feel he could go to prison before I felt more he would get a suspended sentence as first offence and I initially thought is was viewing he had committed but now it's much worse. I had kind of reassured myself it probably won't come to him going to prison but now I feel he may do . Has anyone else had charges of communication and not had a prison sentence? I'm worried about the kids having there dad go to prison, loosing the house etc so frightened right now.

Thanks for your reply I always worry and overthink . Yeah wasn't sure if it was true but found it to be right, heads all over the place at moment thinking about the worst case scenario and going over in my head what am I going tell my kids if he goes to prison, how I'm going cope financially so frightened right now.

Thanks for your reply ocean, I'm just jumping to worst case I think prior to the media report of the plea hearing I wasn't told the charges I thought it was viewing only so such another shock to find he was communicating with a child also! X
