We got some good news at son's meeting with his PO today.

Following our complaint about the previous PO which was upheld he was assigned a new one and he has been told that, due to pressure on the Probation service and his being viewed as low risk, it may be that his community order is reduced from 3 years by a third which would mean that he would be finished next January.

Has anyone else had this happen?

It would be great if it did happen.

That's amazing news Seaside, just proves we shouldn't put up with everything we're dealt with and we're all still humans with humans rights

Big hugs to your son and your family xxx

Fantastic news. It also shows how we must stand against unfair & unjust treatment and shouldn't be afraid to cause ripples. I hope his previous PO is held accountable for their behaviour and treatment of your Son x
