Hi, when my ex was arrested for IIOC our children were 12,14,18 and 19. The youngest two weren't allowed any contact with him whatsoever until they were 16. Then they were allowed supervised contact but SS's had to make a decision as whether an individual was allowed to supervise. I think there's a misconception out there about the ages 16 and 18. I think people think because 16 is the age of consent then 16 is the age that all of this becomes insignificant. That's not the case so far as I understand it. It's 18. X

Hi skinty, it will depend on what restrictions he has in his SHPO.
