I've seen the St Bernardo's advert a few times and it so resonates with how I felt at the beginning of this journey.

I hid inside a protective shell and was so scared - I peered out occasionally at the outside world - just like the little girl does.

i found LFF and my confidence grew as I came across other people in my situation, I began to trust and leave this shell. For that support and the friends I've met on the forum - I'll be eternally grateful.
