Never slept last night

First big walk out in the area with my friend and furbaby after media attention, I struggled to sleep for thinking of any scenario that may happen was so tempted to cancel but big girl pants on and off I went had a great walk no issues at all, our mind truly is our worst enemy, a weeks annual leave thus week hoping for a positive week ahead x
Well done, that's a great achievement. I know how hard the first time is but it really will get easier.

I messaged my friend to thank her for the company she said she was relieved I was finally letting her help and support me like she wants too, I have definitely built a wall around myself since this all began
