Full disclosure

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of this? My husband (as he still legally is) has agreed in writing to full disclosure for me with his solicitor, and has specified that this means I will see the forensics report and any other evidence as soon as the solicitor receives it, on the same basis he would. The solicitor is a specialist and will also walk me through anything I don't understand (I've met with him independently already).
I'm hoping this means he's being honest with me, but obviously who knows! He's being investigated for IIOC

My oh gave me full disclosure and literally all he said was true I was relieved x
I had full disclosure and to be honest, I don't think I could've continued the relationship without it. I don't think sometimes knowing absolutely everything in every case will do any good but just to ensure that what you're being told is accurate. In my case the arresting officers alluded to my partner viewing iioc but he was arrested for a communication offence so for me it was vital to see everything to understand what was going on so that I could make a decision on whether or not to support him. We'd only been together for less than a year at the time so it was a huge gamble. Xx
Thank you! I'm aware it'll be a long wait till the forensics are even available to his solicitor. He has (in fairness) been very specific about what he claims they will find (one small file from one date on his phone that he SAYS he didn't want and deleted straight away). I know he & his solicitor also intend to get independent forensics done. Of course it was kik (idiot). He claims to have blocked and reported the sender, but he also claims it freaked him out so much that he not only deleted the App but deleted his kik account completely, so he has no means of proving that. But he may well be lying or minimising...
