Good morning. Just on my way to work and relishing the blue sky and sunshine. Looking forward to a walk home through the park if the weather holds and a video call with my husband this evening. Have a blessed day x

Got myself a last minute ticket to go and see Diversity yesterday afternoon, an hour on the bus along the coast using my OAP bus pass, takeaway salad from M&S eaten on a park bench, resisted having an ice cream which felt virtuous and then watching an uplifting and energetic performance! I felt like life could be normal once again especially as the sun was shining and I could smell blossom on the trees :) :)

A beautiful day at Hampton Court, celebrating 33 years of motherhood????

My eldest's birthday & my son joined us too.

Good to get him out of the house, tidying himself up & engaging with others.

Little wins x

Very much share that sentiment, it's so easy to get stuck in your head and not even notice these beautiful things outside. I made a conscious effort to be in nature whenever I can and explore it, I downloaded an app so I can learn different plants and animals that I see every day, never even knew the names of them... learning something new has always helped me cope of course there's not always the headspace for it but I warmly recommend it, it helped me a lot :)
