Finally after almost 2 years of hell and anxiety my husband today was told he has NFA I can't believe it!! The oic was so apologetic about the whole situation and has said he done absolutely nothing wrong at all and it was all from 1 alert from an email address this was their only evidence.
thank you to everyone on this forum for all the advice, I didn't always post but I was always reading as I felt like this was the only place I could come. I appreciated every bit of advice. Xx
