Hiya all

My partner is due to answer bail next weekend (providing its not pushed back for the 3rd time) and when he spoke to the OIC he was going to try and bring it forward (2 days after download which is quick) so he wouldn't have to wait so long. After a couple weeks of waiting my partner heard nothing so contacted him again who then apologised for not being in touch but he couldn't find time or space to bring it forward so confirmed the date he originally had and a time.

I'm hoping it's NFA or at least a caution but it's got me thinking, if it was a 2nd interview would they have told him? Would they have said come back next week as we need to carry out a 2nd interview? or something like that?

I'm only asking as I'm hoping that next week we have an update on this nightmare (I know there's always a possibility that it could be extended AGAIN) But I don't want to think that we possibly getting answer for 2nd interview to be carried out.

Hope this makes sense.

Feel like I'm going crazy with thoughts and possible outcomes (first offence, sent photo of legs nothing nude and asked what was on her bottom half and admitted it straight away. Has already told OIC that he's done LFF course etc) but also conscious we could be waiting longer if it gets pushed back xx

Our minds can be our own worst enemy on this journey. To enable me to cope I had to learn to focus on the things I could control & accept that some things were beyond it x

I think in this journey anything is possible. My son was asked to attend for an update in the investigation and when he arrived the OIC gave him the charges which were a lot worse than he had expected. The OIC decided not to tell him he was attending for charges as he didn't want to worry him.
