So my OH has just received a text saying he does not need to attend bail on 9th May. Released under investigation.
I have mixed emotions, does this mean they don't have enough evidence for CPS to charge? Is it over with? Are we just now in limbo?
Have any of you had this? X

Hi,
released under investigation means that he no longer has any bail conditions but it also means that the police have unlimited time to conduct their investigation.
There is a glossary of terms in a pinned post somewhere, I'll find it and edit this post accordingly xxx
Found it and it's a breakdown of what each acronym means rather than the difference between bail and Rui xxx

It's utter ****, my husband has been RUI for almost 2 years now.
Thanks all, so basically we're in limbo till they decide to charge or not.
